Put the swimming goggles back in their box after use. Important: Do not touch the inside of the lenses to avoid damaging the anti-fog treatment.

A simple and patented concept.
We have managed to separate the frame from the lenses, to bring you modular goggles.
On the one side, a frame with a flexible nose bridge that adapts to fit all face shapes.
And on the other we have watertight and comfortable lenses, thanks to their flexible silicone skirts.
You can choose your lenses according to the level of correction required for short-sightedness.
Corrective lenses are available for short-sighted swimmers with prescriptions from -2.0 to -6.0.
TO BE USED WITH THE SELFIT FRAME
SELFIT swimming goggles are composed of a frame and two lenses.
Each lens is sold separately for correction adapted to each eye.
Check that your basket contains 1 frame and 2 corrective lenses from the SELFIT range.
The watertightness of the swimming goggles is dependent on the proper fit of the skirts with the shape of your face.
Before purchase, we advise you to do the "suction" test without the strap.
If the goggles stay on your face by themselves with slight suction, the product will be watertight during your swim. They also locate any points of discomfort of the model on your face.
Model available in size S (slim faces) and size L.
You are advised to:
- rinse your goggles by simply soaking them in water and only if necessary
- avoid spraying the inside of the lenses with powerful water jets.
- store the goggles in their box between sessions to avoid damaging the lenses (the anti-fog treatment on the inside and scratches on the outside)
- avoid exposure to temperatures higher than 60°c
NEVER TOUCH/RUB THE INSIDE OF THE LENSES
The appearance of fog depends on several factors, the difference in temperature between the body and the water, humidity levels, etc.
Wear due to friction is one of the main causes.
If your goggles fog up, dip your lenses in the water and a protective film will reform.
After a certain amount of time it is normal for the performance of the anti-fog coating to be diminished.
We offer an anti-fog marker which reactivates the ageing anti-fog coating and increases the lifetime of your goggles.

prescription lenses
Regular purchase as i do alot of swimming
Good value for prescription lens as you can get separate strengths for each eye.
Anti fog is delicate but for the price its all good.
I think the website needs work re this product as tricky to get the right strength lens , other than that all good

Great idea - lens surface not robust enough
Bought these in Lanzarote Decathlon on holiday at the beginning of July 2018 with -2 lenses.
Used a couple of days in the hotel pool. Were great at first but noticed pretty quickly that the lenses scratch very easily and the anti-fog wears off noticeably. I took care not to rub the lenses and stored them in their soft pouch. My other regular goggles are also Decathlon Nabaiji and I have had them for 2-3 year; however they are practically scratch free (although they also fogged up not long after purchase).
The 3 stars are for the concept and the build.....5 stars would be if the lenses were more robust.
I'd recommend these if they lasted 'as new' more than on week.

Selfit goggles
Great idea that you fit these goggles together yourself with the strength you need in each eye.
They seal well and feel comfortable up to about an hour. After that time it starts to dig in and hurt slightly. That may be just be the shape of my face though.
