The swimmer's outfit : which equipment to choose ?

(3)

You have decided to swim regularly. And so you want to equip yourself with accessible and effective products. Which works out rather well, because at Nabaiji, our teams design innovative and affordable products. Focus on your ideal swimming outfit...

I GO TO THE SWIMMING POOL FROM TIME TO TIME, WHAT'S THE BEST OUTFIT FOR ME?

You go to swimming pools occasionally, not regularly. You don't set goals, you go to the pool to relax and enjoy yourself.
There's no special training equipment in your bag, just the essentials: swimming costume, cap and goggles.

For your choice of swimsuit, it all depends what you're looking for and what type you're most comfortable in. For men who do not like wearing traditional swimming briefs but are not completely comfortable in shorts, Nabaiji has created the half short: half briefs, half shorts.
For women, a one-piece swimsuit such as the Shani Slim is the ideal swimsuit. Thanks to the AQUA SUBLIM label, this swimsuit shapes and enhances the silhouette.

Swimming caps are not mandatory in all pools. However, as a matter of hygiene, we recommend swimmers wear a cap. And if silicone seems too difficult for you to put on, then opt for a mesh cap.

I SWIM REGULARLY, WHAT SHOULD I CHOOSE?

If you swim regularly, i.e. 2 to 3 times per week, you should choose the right swimsuit for swimming and the right training equipment.

You should choose a swimsuit that is 100% chlorine resistant to prevent wear and the effects of chlorine. Your swimsuit should also provide support and freedom of movement.

For women, the Kamiye and Kamiye Light swimsuits meet these two requirements. Both products have an open, O-shaped back, an iconic shape for swimming, and provide different solutions for support and femininity.

For men, we recommend you choose a mid jammer, this is a tight-fitting swimsuit that goes down to the mid-thigh. It also features AQUA RESIST technology for chlorine resistance.

For swimming caps, we recommend silicone versions, which are waterproof and provide coverage.

And to motivate you on more difficult days, a waterproof MP3 would be a great help. The MP3 Delight allows you to swim along to music. Its attractive colours and mini size allow you to take it anywhere and never get bored during your sessions.

AND FOR INTENSIVE SWIMMERS?

For women, the Lidia swimsuit is ideal. With its very open, O-shaped back, 100% chlorine resistance, thin straps and high cut lug, this swimsuit allows for great freedom of movement.

For men, a Fatigless jammer is perfect for your session. Its body-hugging component reduces fatigue during practice.

In terms of training accessories, the most suitable goggles are the FAST or the Swedish goggles.

Fast goggles were designed with our technical partner and Olympic champion Camille Muffat.
Approved by FINA, they are worn by Camille during her competitions. FAST goggles offer perfect stability while swimming thanks to the hydrodynamic shape of their lenses.
They have been designed to ensure good penetration through the water as well as a perfect fit while swimming, diving or somersaulting.

Swedish goggles are adjustable according to your requirements and your face shape, ensuring maximum comfort and seal. Swedish goggles are training and competition goggles which are also approved by FINA (Fédération Internationale de Natation - International Swimming Federation).

Finally, the MP3 2.0 is the intensive swimmer's best friend. In addition to listening to music during your session, a vocal coach motivates you to achieve your goals during the session. You can then compare your results with other swimmers on the swimwith.nabaiji.com website.
