    WHY USE SHOES?
    Whatever the activity, the majority of exercises are performed with the feet in contact with the ground, which is sometimes abrasive , or with a prop on which your foot will be placed (step, cycling, trampoline, etc.). Using shoes helps to reduce friction between the foot and these elements.
    FOR USE DURING AQUABIKING
    Wearing shoes is recommended for Aquabiking to prevent injuries with the bicycle pedals (unless they are designed for bare feet). During Aquabiking sessions you frequently move from a sitting position to standing and you are largely supported with the feet on the pedals. Wearing shoes cushions your support on the bicycle pedals.

      Good in the pool

      Certainly help with grip on the pool floor when doing energetic aqua fit classes, much better than socks. Easy to rinse and dry for the next session.

      Aquafitness shoes

      These aqua shoes give a good grip on the pool floor. They add resistance for a better workout. My only disappointment is that I am at risk of slipping when entering and leaving the pool as they do not give a good grip on the pool ladder.

      Bought these to replace 2 pairs of hot tunas and these are far better. Being all rubber there are no uncomfortable moving insoles inside them, they grip the pool floor and general floor areas out of the pool so no fear of slipping, and they dry really quickly as they drain when you remove them. Really comfortable too. Excellent quality and are perfect for aqua aerobics or aqua rehabilitation exercises
