HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR SWIMMING TECHNIQUE WITH PADDLES

Hand paddles, or training paddles, are accessories used by swimmers to build their arm and upper body muscles, to increase their strength but also to develop their swimming technique.

Conventional paddles can, however, somewhat hinder swimming strokes because of their large surface area. They therefore lead to a lot or even too much water being moved, and in doing so generate certain technical flaws.

Indeed, due to the significant forces that paddles exert when swimming, some swimmers make their underwater propulsion overly lateral, whereas others tend to make it less so by using their elbows, rather than their hands or forearms.

To make this inconvenience a thing of the past, Nabaiji EASYSTROKE paddles have been designed so that the mass of water is displaced by the forearm and not just by the hand. By moving the contact surface to this location and encouraging forearm and hand alignment, they make it easier to achieve a good swimming technique and perform the correct pull stroke as used by the best swimmers in the world.
