ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A word from the Product Manager
After observing the needs of children in the discovering swimming phase, we invented this new design of vest to provide comfort and ease in practice.
Its simple shape envelops the torso and adapts to a child's size, while freeing the arms and shoulders for greater freedom of movement.
Children using it must already be comfortable in the water because the buoyancy volume selected for this vest will place a child just on the surface to perform the first swimming movements.
Nabaiji's 3 LEARNING TO SWIM experiences
Nabaiji offers 3 experiences: Discovering the water, Discovering swimming and Discovering underwater.
The SWIMVEST+ swim vest is part of the "Discovering swimming" experience: the children are comfortable in the water but have difficulty in floating They use their arms and legs and need great freedom of movement to benefit from their experience.
This swim vest gives them the right level of buoyancy needed to let them progress and empower their swimming.
This vest is not a life vest, but a learning-to-swim vest.
Adjusting to the child's size is very important to avoid rubbing on the back of the neck.
For use under constant adult supervision. After use, always rinse your vest with clear water to remove chlorine, sand, and salt. Let it dry in a well-ventilated area.
To avoid premature discolouration, do not leave your swimming vest in direct sunlight.

Revelatory! Highly recommended
Our boys loved these and they massively boosted their confidence in the water.
Not suitable as life-jackets - but they gave us parents a bit more comfort too - knowing we had a bit longer to reach them if they got into trouble.

Good for little swimmers
The only thing is there is not bottor strip to fasten from underneath so the jacket is slightly sliding up when swimming, but great for little swimmers to learn swimming and does not interfere with freedom of movements.

Not a safe product
Bought this swimvest for my 5 year old son for holiday. Day 1 the strap near the buckle nearly tore right off. On day 2 the other strap starting tearing. The result being the front buckle was at high risk of just unravelling at any moment while in the water and the vest sliding off completely. Highly dangerous and was not used again. Didn’t last 2 days. Avoid. Decathlon should stop selling this product and review its quality/safety.
